Courses & Classes

  • What’s the difference between courses and classes?

    Classes: Classes are single lessons or sessions. They typically focus on one specific topic or skill.

    Courses: Courses consists of multiple different classes, and can include multiple topics. Courses are essentially a "package" of multiple classes.

  • Can I sign up a group for a course/class?

    Each course or class is for personal, individual use only. If you want to sign up a group (your staff for example), please contact us. We will set it up for you and check if the instructor offers a group rate.

  • Can I take both courses and classes?

    Yes! You can choose to enroll in courses, while also taking individual classes to explore other topics in more depth.

  • Can I take multiple courses and classes at once?

    Yes, you can enroll in multiple courses and classes, and switch between them at any time.

Shop

  • How do I view my shop account & orders?

    Purchasing digital products from the Shop is different compared to Courses & Classes – so it has another dashboard!

    When logged in on the site, hover over your profile icon and click “Shop account & orders”. Here, you'll find your orders, downloads, account info & more.

  • How can I find and download my purchased products?

    When logged in on the site, hover over your profile icon and click “Shop account & orders”. Click “Downloads” to find any downloadable products you’ve purchased.

    Here, you’ll see the product name, remaining download count, expiration date (if applicable), and a button to download the file.

  • What does “Sorry, you have reached your download limit” mean?

    For some digital products, there is a limit to how many times you can download the file(s). This is to prevent unauthorized sharing.

    If you get this message, and haven't yet downloaded your files, please contact us and we will re-send them to you.

  • I want to order products for multiple coaches – is there a group discount?

    Contact us and we'll see what we can do for you!

Delivery & Refunds

  • When will I receive my order?

    You will get a delivery email & confirmation directly after purchasing. From there, you can in most cases download your digital products and access a course/class instantly!

    Note: There might be exceptions where you'll need manual enrollment or need to wait for a product, such as when a course is hosted on another site or when you've requested a manual invoice.

  • What is your refund policy?
    • The refund policy may vary depending on the digital product, course, class, and/or instructor. Before making a purchase, carefully review the refund policy associated with the specific product or course. In cases where no refund policy is specified, our default policy applies.
    • Our default policy is no refunds unless stated otherwise for a specific product. This is due to the digital nature of the products, where no item is shipped and the Customer and/or Student typically gets instant access to the product upon purchasing.

    If you encounter any problems or the content does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will work together with the instructor and/or product creator to resolve the matter.
