To access your downloadable products purchased from the Shop, follow these steps:
Accessing Your Shop Account & Orders:
- While logged in on the website, hover over your profile icon.
- Click on “Shop account & orders” from the dropdown menu.
Navigating Your Shop Account:
- Upon clicking, you will be directed to your Shop Account dashboard.
- Here, you can manage various aspects of your account, including viewing orders and managing details.
Accessing Downloads:
- Look for the “Downloads” section to find any downloadable products you’ve purchased.
- Here, you’ll see the product name, remaining download count, expiration date (if applicable), and a button to download the file.
